Beauty Polska is a leading manufacturing and trading company in the cosmetics industry. Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for a person for the position:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Sales channel: commercial networks
Place of work: Warsaw
A person employed at the above-mentioned position will be responsible for cooperation with networks commercial.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of a sales strategy in relation to chain customers in the field of perfumery and care cosmetics,
- Negotiating sales contracts,
- Conducting market analyzes for the assigned area of operation,
- Preparation and implementation of annual sales plans,
- Preparation of a presentation for meetings with clients,
- Responsibility for sales results,
- Responsibility for planning, budget control,
- Total control of the process of cooperation with the client,
- Participation and management of sales and customer service projects,
- Management of receivables of assigned customers,
- Building optimal relationships with customers through ongoing individual contacts and based on developed tools,
- Preparation of current documentation of your work and contacts with clients (work plan, reports on meetings and others)
Expectations:
- Higher education,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with network customers (cosmetics industry),
- Experience in developing portfolios,
- Category B driving license,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Communication skills, ease of establishing contacts,
- Knowledge in the field of economics and finance,
- Very good knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques,
- Ability to use MS Office.
